We have a highly skilled and qualified team, dedicated to providing the children and families at Little Phoenix with a warm and safe environment that feels like home. All of our Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) and assistants abide by the ECEBC Code of Ethics and adhere to the current Child Care Licensing Regulations.

It has been a pleasure and a privilege to be part of the Little Phoenix team, from its inception. We have been in operation since May 2022, and the experience of working at the centre and with the overall agency (Victoria Social Innovation Centre), continues to be insightful and rewarding.
Like all fruitful things, Little Phoenix was born out of hard work and dedication. In the same spirit, those of us that are now tasked with its operation, strive to follow in those footsteps. Thus, a shout-out to individuals/organizations that were involved in the creation of this beautiful space that we work, learn and play in.
One of the things that makes working at Little Phoenix a home away from home for all of us, is the sense of community. This is reflected in the supportive/cordial relationships, be it with management, staff or the community that we serve. Thanks to our past and present families for contributing to our thriving community! Looking forward to a continued collaborative partnership with those of you that are still with us and those to come.
